Inspired by a classic British bake. Soft white chocolate and almond cookie dough is filled with smooth white chocolate spread, swirls of sweet cherry jam, and chunks of traditional Bakewell tart pieces along with juicy glacé cherries. Finished with a drizzle of white chocolate and cherry jam, and topped with more Cherry Bakewell pieces for the perfect fruity, nutty finish.

Sweet, almondy, and beautifully nostalgic — a proper bakery favourite in cookie pie form.
