Can I book a table?

There’s no need to book a table, though if you’d like to, just drop us an email or message us on Instagram or Facebook. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note we can’t always guarantee availability.

Are you dog friendly?

Of course! We love dogs here—and we’ve got doggy donuts and pupuccinos waiting for them.

Are you wheelchair friendly?

Our space is fully wheelchair accessible, including an accessible toilet.

Do you post donuts?

We’re not quite ready to ship our donuts at the moment, but we’re busy preparing behind the scenes to ensure they’ll reach you fresh and in perfect condition.
However, our donuts are available for collection from DuffNuts HQ. Please see our 'Collection' page

Do you offer vegan options?

We’re pleased to offer a wide selection of vegan donuts. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask a member of our team.
While we try our best to avoid cross contamination, we kindly advise customers with severe allergies or intolerances to exercise caution when consuming our products.

Do you offer gluten free options?

At this time, we are unable to provide gluten-free options. As we operate from a small kitchen, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from gluten or other allergens. While we take great care in preparing our products, cross-contamination may occur due to the presence of ingredients such as gluten, nuts, soy, and other allergens on the premises.
We kindly advise customers with severe allergies or intolerances to exercise caution when consuming our products.

I have an allergy, can I still visit?

Everyone is welcome here. However, if you suffer from allergies or food intolerances, please speak with a member of our staff—we’ll be happy to advise and help you choose the safest products.

What are the shelf-life of the bakes?

All of our bakes have a shelf life of 5–7 days. Please refer to the information sheet included in your bake box for specific details on how best to enjoy and store each item.

What allergens are in the bakes?

Every bake in the postal boxes will be labelled with a full ingredients listing all allergens in CAPITALS, for your peace of mind. If you have any queries please contact us before ordering.

When do the bakes restock?

Our bake drops go live every Monday at 7pm.

Delivery & Shipping

What are the delivery and shipping costs?

Standard postal boxes are shipped at £5.00. Larger orders may require an additional postage fee depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. This will include information on when your order will be freshly baked and dispatched, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your treats

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at theduffnutsco@hotmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once baking has begun. Successfully cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% administration fee to cover transaction costs charged by our payment provider.

My delivery address is wrong, how do I change this?

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us via email at theduffnutsco@hotmail.com as soon as possible so we can help amend it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for delayed or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Returns & refunds

Can I return my order?

As our baked goods are freshly made and classed as perishable, these items are exempt from returns and refunds. If you experience any issues with your order, please email us at theduffnutsco@hotmail.com with your name, order number, and details of the problem. Each case will be reviewed individually.
For non-perishable items, we do accept returns for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided all of the following conditions are met:
1.    Proof of purchase is supplied.
2.    The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
3.    The item is in its original packaging.
4.    The item is not a perishable food or edible product.
